Director, Content & Creative Services
Position Summary:
The Director, Content & Creative Services is a strategic and creative leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s content and brand vision. Reporting to the Head of Content and Creative Services, this role leads the development of compelling, high-impact content across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
This leader will oversee brand development, UI/UX design, and the creation of video and written content, while also managing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. The role requires a blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support revenue growth.
Essential Functions:
- Content Creation and Design
Engage in brand development, UI/UX design, and the creation and optimization of video and written content, ensuring all efforts are aligned with branding goals and content quality standards.
- Brand Guidelines and Identity Management
Develop guidelines and oversee in-house and agency content production to ensure alignment with standards.
- Campaign Concept Development & Deployment
Oversee ideation, concept development, and deployment of creative strategies across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, creative services, or brand marketing, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertisein multimedia content development, UI/UX design, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content performance metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation and excellence in content.
