Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Account Manager - Technology in the Staffing Services Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

If you’re driven by landing new clients, building trusted partnerships, and turning conversations into revenue in the highly competitive GTA technology market, you’ll thrive here. This is a pure sales role for a proven closer who thrives in fast-paced, competitive hiring environments, understands how critical IT talent is to business success, and wants full ownership of their portfolio. You’ll lead from the front, prospecting, consulting, and closing staffing solutions (contract and permanent) that create real business impact for your clients and strong earning potential for you.

A typical day: Relentless prospecting; identify and win new IT staffing opportunities across the GTA New client acquisition; uncover hiring needs within technology teams and position tailored staffing solutions Account growth; expand existing relationships and increase market share within your portfolio Own the full sales cycle; from first outreach to signed agreements and delivery Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions confidently Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent quickly and effectively Deliver high-impact client experience that drives repeat business and referrals

The successful candidate brings: Proven success in sales or business development, ideally within staffing or professional services Direct experience selling IT staffing solutions (contract and/or permanent) Strong understanding of the GTA technology landscape, including key industries (financial services, fintech, SaaS, enterprise tech) Confidence engaging with CIOs, IT leaders, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers A results-driven mindset—resilient, accountable, and motivated by uncapped earning potential Ability to push through rejection, stay focused, and consistently close
