WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update practitioner profiles across internal systems with high accuracy.
- Manage referrer onboarding, including data validation and database updates.
- Coordinate shipments of requisition pads, marketing materials, and welcome packages.
- Monitor and restock marketing and shipping supplies; manage inventory levels.
- Support online reputation management by responding to reviews and escalating concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks, database maintenance, and ad hoc marketing projects.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
-
Experience with shipping/logistics coordination is an asset.

Familiarity with healthcare systems or practitioner registries is an asset.
