At Steele Chevrolet , our fleet business keeps local companies, organizations, and government partners moving. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Fleet & Admin Coordinator to join our team and ensure every fleet vehicle is ordered, delivered, and documented efficiently, while providing essential administrative support to keep the dealership running smoothly.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for fleet clients and internal teams. You will coordinate vehicle orders, manage delivery timelines, support client communication, and handle fleet documentation. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and supporting accounting processes, helping our operations stay organized and efficient.
Compensation : $19.70-$23.50/hour
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate fleet vehicle orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Communicate with fleet clients to confirm specifications, timelines, and requirements
- Track orders and provide updates to clients and internal teams
- Support fleet quotes, tenders, and client proposals
- Handle data entry, key logs, dealer plate logs, and daily cash posting
- Assist with filing, scanning, organizing, and updating dealership systems
- Support the accounting office with posting Accounts Receivable, floorplan and inventory assistance, and preparing daily or monthly reports
- Participate in vehicle demonstrations and client follow-ups
- Work with lease companies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth fleet transactions

- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in administration, coordination, or automotive operations is an asset
