As VDK Group continues to grow rapidly, there is constant excitement surrounding future expansions, including the immediate expansion of a 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Norwich, Ontario. With this growth comes the opportunity to strengthen our leadership structure and build the systems needed to support a rapidly evolving organization.
VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Chief of Staff to work directly with the ownership team. This is a high-impact role designed for a driven and strategic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in building and scaling a successful organization. In this role, you will act as a central force within the company, ensuring priorities are executed, communication is streamlined, and operations run efficiently across all VDK locations, including our expanding United States locations. You will be deeply involved in key initiatives, including our facility expansion, operational improvements, and company-wide alignment as we continue to grow and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Partner directly with the executive team to translate vision into actionable plans
- Track, manage, and report on key company priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, expansion, and operational efficiency
- Play a key role in the 90,000 sq. ft. expansion, ensuring alignment across teams, timelines, and resources
- Improve internal systems, processes, and communication to support organizational scaling
- Provide analysis, reporting, and insights to support executive decision-making
- Coordinate and align departments to ensure consistent execution and accountability
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
- Support leadership effectiveness by ensuring follow-through on key initiatives and commitments
- Assist in building structure, processes, and accountability frameworks across divisions
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in operations, project management, or leadership support roles (construction or trades experience is an asset)
