Kitchen Design & Project Sales Consultant – Hanover Ontario Showroom

This position is an hourly wage - $19.00- $22.00, plus commission earned on total sales.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant to join our Hanover showroom team. In this role, you’ll combine your retail sales experience with design expertise to help clients bring their dream kitchens to life. You’ll guide homeowners, contractors, and builders through every step of the process — from initial consultation and design to project coordination and final installation.
What You’ll Do
- Consult & Sell – Work with clients in our retail showroom, understanding their needs, lifestyle, and budget to recommend creative design solutions.
- Design Solutions – Use 20/20 design software (training provided if needed) to create professional kitchen layouts and proposals.
- Manage Projects – Coordinate with contractors and trades to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Deliver Service Excellence – Provide outstanding service, ensuring clients are supported before, during, and after their project.
What You Bring
- Retail sales experience (home improvement, kitchen/bath, furniture, or similar an asset).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using design or sales software (20/20, SketchUp, or willingness to learn).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license to visit client sites.
