What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Leading the Charge Outside)
- Leading a crew of 4–5 (you’re basically the captain of the landscaping ship).
- Planning daily tasks, keeping things on schedule, and making sure the Operations Manager isn’t left guessing.
- Guiding crews through landscape builds and property maintenance — from turf care to flower beds to outdoor spaces that make people stop and stare.
- Keeping things safe and compliant: codes, bylaws, and safety regs (because no one likes fines or accidents).
- Running and maintaining landscaping equipment — mowers, tractors, trimmers, pruning saws — and giving them some TLC (cleaning, greasing, inspecting).
- Reporting anything that’s broken, defective, or just not right (vehicles, tools, or materials).
- Working with contractors and understanding the construction process (bonus points if you can keep things moving smoothly).
- Solving problems with practical math and sound judgment (no coin flips required).
- Driving a truck and trailer like you own the road (but safely).
- Putting in the physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, digging, climbing — basically, turning fitness into part of your paycheck.

Everything from site analysis and inspection to the completion of hard and soft landscape installation is handled by CSL.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE: Flawless designs with long-term maintenance in mind. Our professionals are reliable, efficient, and highly accredited in their field. We offer accurate detailed estimates for every budget. SNOW & ICE MANAGEMENT: Accessibility is important, but liability can keep you up at night. As Certified Snow Professionals we guarantee you'll rest easy knowing CSL Group is on-site, reliably providing safety and protection against the hazards of ice and snow on your commercial grounds.
Our staff is fully trained in snow equipment operation, on-site troubleshooting, and health & safety. When a storm is imminent we're on the job 24/7, monitoring real-time weather data, keeping you informed of changes utilizing tools such as email & social media outlets. We are always standing by with the manpower and equipment to fight whatever weather comes our way.
