YOUR TEAM
You will primarily work on projects within the Sports & Events business unit and collaborate closely with this team.
Stadiums, large-scale special events, and fan zones come to life through Sports & Events. Our diverse team blends storytelling, immersion, interactivity, and live performance to create unique experiences that captivate audiences worldwide. Driven by experiential marketing and creative innovation, we transform sporting stages and branded attractions into unforgettable events or permanent projects.
YOUR MISSION
Makers of imaginary worlds, our creatives’ expertise is the showcase of our projects. These artists work with limitless, inspiring canvases that shift with moments of wonder.
As a Multimedia Director, you will act as the creative lead on one or more projects. You will be responsible for the conception, design, production, and integration of multimedia projects. You will lead the creative team and handle artistic communication with the client. Finally, you will ensure the artistic and strategic vision of each project is upheld and rally your team to bring that vision to life.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and develop concepts for client projects and pitches.
- Bring vision, passion, and leadership to carry a project from conception through integration.
- Supervise and direct a multidisciplinary creative team — graphic design, 2D & 3D animation, editing, scriptwriting, design, scenography, lighting, sound composition, programming, technical direction — from conception to integration.
- Collaborate closely with creative direction and production on strategy, deliverables, production processes, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of technology (interactivity, augmented reality, extended reality) and visual content production processes used in multimedia and new media environments, applying this expertise to creative decisions and team communications.
- Effectively communicate creative ideas through presentations and ongoing creative development, both to internal project teams and to clients and external stakeholders.
YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES
- Postsecondary education in design, multimedia, performing arts, or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ease in communicating with international clients (businesses and institutions).
- 2–4 years of experience managing creative teams, in art direction, visual content production, or integrated multidisciplinary multimedia projects. Proven mastery of digital tools such as the Adobe Suite.

- Flexibility to adapt to different types of projects (e.g., small, fast-turnaround events or large-scale permanent brand projects) within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliability, autonomy, team spirit, excellent sense of priorities and organization.
- Interest in AI.
SPECIFIC WORK CONDITIONS
- Flexible working hours; occasional atypical schedules; Frequent travel to the United States and abroad, with varying durations.
