Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with local business owners, initiate conversations, and build rapport to understand their needs

• Create a welcoming and friendly environment that attracts and retains new and existing clients

• Provide detailed and accurate information on Webware’s products and services

• Answer questions and address concerns to build trust and confidence in the platform

• Process customer information accurately and efficiently

• Work with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals

• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and training sessions

• Attend workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills

• Collect and report customer feedback to management

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be solution-oriented

• Must be coachable

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
