L'analyste junior en contrôle interne participera à l'évaluation et à l'amélioration des systèmes de contrôle interne afin de garantir la conformité, d'atténuer les risques et de soutenir l'efficacité globale des opérations de l'entreprise. Ce poste suit un horaire hybride à notre bureau de Montréal et relèvera de la Directrice, Transformation financière et Contrôles internes.

• Collaborer avec différentes unités d’affaires pour les soutenir au quotidien sur les questions de contrôles internes.
• Aider à repérer et analyser les risques potentiels pouvant affecter les opérations ou l’exactitude financière.
• Travailler avec les équipes Finances, Opérations, TI et Conformité pour assurer le respect des politiques internes.
• Suivre et faire le suivi des actions correctives liées aux enjeux de contrôle.
• Participer à la préparation et au suivi de la documentation de conformité afin de répondre aux normes réglementaires.
• Contribuer aux formations internes et à la sensibilisation des employés aux meilleures pratiques en matière de conformité.
• Participer aux audits internes annuels, incluant les tests de contrôles et la documentation des résultats.
• Préparer des rapports clairs et des présentations sur les constats et recommandations.
• Participer à des projets stimulants comme l’amélioration des processus, le déploiement d’un ERP et d’autres initiatives ponctuelles dirigées par le directeur de la Transformation financière et des Contrôles internes.

Ton profil de champion(ne)

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
• Aucune expérience professionnelle exigée — un stage ou un projet académique en audit, conformité ou contrôles internes est un atout.
• Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
• Organisé, minutieux et proactif.
• Bon communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• À l’aise pour travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Connaissance de base des cadres de contrôle interne (COSO, SOX) ou de la gestion des risques — un plus, mais non essentiel.

Atouts supplémentaires

• Expérience de stage en audit, comptabilité ou finance.
• Intérêt à poursuivre des certifications comme Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) ou Comptable professionnel agréé (CPA).

What you’ll do:

• Partner with different business units to support them on day-to-day internal control questions.
• Assist in spotting and analyzing potential risks that could affect operations or financial accuracy.
• Work closely with teams like Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance to keep processes aligned with company policies.
• Help track and follow up on corrective actions for any control issues.
• Support with compliance documentation and monitoring to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Participate in training sessions and help raise awareness about compliance and best practices across the business.
• Contribute to annual internal audits — from testing controls to documenting results.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations on audit findings and recommendations.

What you need for success:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required — internships or academic projects in auditing, compliance, or internal controls are a plus.

• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• A good communicator — both in writing and speaking.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
