As a multi–Kia President’s Award-winning dealership, we’re known for exceptional guest experiences, innovation, and team culture and we’re growing fast. We’re currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Director to lead our dealership’s Finance & Insurance operations and play a key role in supporting our next stage of growth!
You’ll love your position as a Financial Services Manager:
-
Oversee the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor the finance team to maximize performance, PVR, and product penetration while maintaining ethical standards.
-
Develop and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance partners.
-
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, manufacturer, and group policies.
-
Work closely with the Sales Management Team to ensure smooth deal flow and efficient delivery processes.
-
Monitor and analyze department performance through KPIs, developing action plans for continuous improvement.
-
Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and profitability initiatives as part of the Cardinal Kia leadership team.

Provide coaching, structure, and leadership that fosters long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
We’d love to hear from you, if:

Minimum 3 years of experience in dealership finance management.
-
Kia or import brand experience an asset.
-
Proven ability to achieve and exceed finance performance targets.
-
In-depth understanding of lending, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
-
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
-
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
