Cogir Real Estate is seeking a Live-In Superintendent – Maintenance member to join our multi-residential building complex located at 245 Howland, Toronto.
The position(s) will include the following:
- Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment
- On-the-job Training
- Cell phone and parking provided
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative office duties;
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
- Leasing experience
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
- Prepare apartments for new residents;
- Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
- Other grounds maintenance;
- Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
- Always maintaining positive safety and security;
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
- Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
- Follow an "on call" schedule;
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Essential Skills:
- Customer Service
- Experienced Individual in Administration;
- Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills
- Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel);
- Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset;
- Oral communication;
- Working with others;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call)
- Evenings and weekends on-call as needed
Work Location: In person
