Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join the CMO’s Strategy team supporting a leading enterprise technology client. In this 1-year fixed term opportunity, you will operate as a self-sustaining, contributing member, supporting a range of strategic initiatives and executive decision-making processes across the client’s marketing organization. Your responsibilities will span project management, strategic reporting, business cadence, and ad-hoc strategic support, requiring strong program management, analytical, and client engagement skills. You will be the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and serve as the resident marketing strategy expert within the Deloitte team.

Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs, including annual planning and governance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Drive and support strategic projects, collaborating with client teams and cross-functional partners on initiatives such as sales and product coordination.
  • Lead the rhythm of the business (RoB) by supporting the quarterly and monthly cadence of key business governance and strategic reviews.
  • Develop and deliver executive strategy reports, reviewing marketing data, identifying strategic improvements, and documenting key action items for post-review follow-up.
  • Act as an agile resource for leadership, quickly synthesizing information to support high-priority, ad-hoc strategic planning and RoB governance requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, regularly engaging with executive leaders and adding value to strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of the Deloitte team, acting as the marketing strategy subject matter expert and supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing, and administrative tasks.
  • Create client-ready content, including slideshows, documents, and spreadsheets, in partnership with client teams.
  • Analyze complex marketing data to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 5-12 years of experience with demonstrated program management acumen, with experience owning and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through governance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex data analysis, particularly with marketing data.
    A proactive, self-starter mindset, capable of managing projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent client management skills, with experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders and adding value to strategic conversations.
  • Experience supporting the rhythm of the business, including executive reporting, business cadence, and strategic reviews.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create high-quality, client-ready presentations and documents.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with experience acting as a thought partner to client teams and contributing to organizational strategy.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and data, with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing metrics in decision-making.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
