About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team on an 8-month contract, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments

Prepare and process cheques, EFTs, and credit card transactions

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Reconcile A/P accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies
-
Support A/R & A/P postings, deposits, and month-end processes
-
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
-
Contribute to reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
-
Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance Administration, or
a recent graduate of an Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration program -
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) is an asset
-
Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
