Position Details:
We offer a competitive base pay during training of $55k to $65k, depending on experience. Post training, the Sales Representative will earn commissions and subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. Car allowance, fuel card and company cell phone benefits available. 80% Driving Travel Required: This role requires the ability to drive to and from customer locations across the assigned sales territory. Some overnight stays may be required. Territory will be discussed further in the interview process, but will be in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.
Position Purpose:
The Sales Rep is responsible for managing relationships with clients and driving revenue growth by selling products or services. They act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role involves prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and customer support to deliver value. They also analyze sales data and market trends to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate new business. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Present and promote products or services to meet client needs. Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting revenue targets. Maintain records and report on sales activities using CRM tools or other systems. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. Strong verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and internal collaboration. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships. Ability to identify client needs and deliver strategic solutions. Capable of managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
