About the Role
EF Growth Co. is seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Specialists to help businesses grow through our digital marketing and business growth solutions. In this role, you will reach out to business owners, build relationships, and introduce them to our services, including website development, paid advertising, social media growth strategies, lead generation, AI automations, Google Business Profile optimization, and short-form content editing.
This is a beginner-friendly, entry-level position. Previous sales experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and develop their sales skills while earning uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
Reach out to businesses through email, phone, social media, and other outreach methods. Introduce potential clients to EF Growth Co.’s services. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects. Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process. Maintain records of outreach and sales activity. Work independently to achieve monthly sales goals.
Compensation
100% commission-based compensation. Earn 30% commission on every successfully closed sale. Unlimited earning potential with no commission cap.
Work Schedule
Fully remote position. Work from anywhere with an internet connection. Flexible schedule with the freedom to work whenever you choose.
Performance Requirements
Sales Specialists must generate a minimum of four (4) completed sales per month to remain an active member of the EF Growth Co. team.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications from Harvard Business School Online, MIT, The Wharton School, Google, or LinkedIn Learning are preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth.
Ideal Candidate
