Job Description

Get behind the scenes of merchandising operations.

At Techo-Bloc, merchandising is a key part of how our brand comes to life in the field — from distributor displays to sales support tools used across North America.

As a Merchandising Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping these initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Production, gaining real exposure to how cross-functional teams collaborate to execute projects from start to finish.

No prior merchandising experience? No problem — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll support the coordination and execution of merchandising activities, ensuring requests and projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

• Assist in receiving and processing merchandising requests from the Sales team
• Validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update requests in internal systems
• Track requests, orders, and shipments
• Follow up with internal teams to support timelines and execution
• Help maintain clear communication across teams
• Keep tracking tools and data up to date

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive and comfortable following up

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills

• Strong communication skills in French and English (due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States)

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
