What would my role be?
Reporting to the Vice-President, Strategy, Engagement, Communications, Development, and Integration, you will:

Provide confidential administrative and project management support to the Vice-President, Strategy, Engagement, Communications, Development, and Integration as well as the Vice-President, Quality and Performance.

Provide assistance to the reporting Directors and Managers by planning, organizing and performing a variety of operational and administrative activities.

Work independently and as part of a team in accomplishing assignments.
How do I qualify?
Required:
-
Three (3) year Community College Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration or Communications Management) or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
-
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment providing administrative support to senior or executive level management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
-
Experience in providing committee support, including taking minutes.
-
Previous experience in project management support and coordination.
-
Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement).

Project management certification or experience

Outstanding coordination, organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize appointments, conference calls and meetings, schedule travel arrangements, and manage workload to ensure completion of tasks within tight deadlines.

Outstanding accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.

High level of initiative and flexibility.

Strong project management and analytical skills.

Advanced oral and written communication skills in both official languages.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong teamwork skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, autonomously and as a team member.

Ability to compose, edit and triage correspondence, and interpret information to ensure timely follow-up to inquiries.

Excellent analytical and listening abilities to accurately summarize key information.

Demonstrated client-centered and service-oriented approach.

Advanced computer skills (i.e. Office 365, Your Hub, Adobe Pro, US Bank).
