What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints
• Plan and procure raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support the production schedule
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence
• Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business objectives
• Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, material availability, and inventory status
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve production and material-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems - Epicor experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the robotics or automation industry
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
