We are leading this search on behalf of a leading healthcare organization that is transforming how millions of Canadians access healthcare services, support, and expertise.

As the organization continues to invest in innovation, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth across Canada, we are seeking a Senior Director, Growth & Strategic Partnerships to join the Canadian Leadership Team and help drive the next phase of the organization's evolution.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded healthcare leader who is motivated by meaningful work, energized by building relationships, and excited by the opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes at a national level.

The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience within the Canadian health benefits, insurance, healthcare consulting, or healthcare services ecosystem.

You bring the relationships, credibility, and strategic mindset needed to engage senior decision-makers, open doors, and position access to innovative healthcare solutions that create meaningful impact for organizations and the people they serve.

While this is a senior leadership role that sits on the Canadian Leadership Team, it is not a role for someone looking to step away from the market. Success in this position requires a leader who still enjoys being in front of clients, developing trusted executive relationships, leading strategic conversations, and helping shape solutions that address some of healthcare's most complex challenges while mentoring a team to do the same.

With your team, you will play a key role in defining growth strategy, expanding strategic partnerships, influencing go-to-market direction, and helping position the organization as a trusted partner within Canada's evolving healthcare landscape.

What You'll Be Doing Drive growth across employer, insurer, broker, and strategic partner channels – through direct and team interactions Expand executive-level relationships throughout the Canadian health benefits and healthcare ecosystem Identify, develop, and close strategic partnership and business development opportunities Lead consultative discussions focused on healthcare innovation, client challenges, and measurable outcomes Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for existing & new services and solutions Influence product and service evolution through market insights and client feedback Lead and mentor a team of sales and client relationship professionals Collaborate closely with leaders across operations, product, marketing, Cx and delivery Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic partners

What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits, consulting, partnerships, business development, or related industries An established network of executive relationships within insurers, benefits providers or employer groups Proven success driving growth through relationship-led business development and strategic partnerships Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex orgs Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Passion for healthcare innovation and improving access to care for Canadians
