About The Role This role is based in the Dyson Workshop, where we repair and refurbish our products. In this role, you will work with a dynamic and collaborative team to efficiently ship and receive product. The expected work hours for this role is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Break down, separate, and palletize inbound return units.
- Support the driver sign-in and sign-out process.
- Maintain organization in the return lanes.
- Load and unload trailers from our third-party provider.
- Prepare pallets for shipment to an offsite location.
- Prepare and label completed pallets for storage.
- Reship returned orders.
- Prepare and upload files to SAP.
- Reconcile products to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in cycle counting.
- Process consumer and retail return/exchange orders in SAP.
- Respond to requests via phone and email for return authorizations.
- Use a problem-solving mindset to explore areas for new and improved processes.
About You
- 1+ years of receiving or warehouse experience.
- 1+ years of customer service and order entry experience.
- Licensed machine operator (reach truck, walkie).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Willingness to learn and join in a high energy and high performing team.
- Ability to handle daily data entries with accuracy and efficiency.
