Description
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Application Scope.
Scripting & Development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
System Administration
- Managing users, roles, groups, and ACLs.
- Performance tuning, instance upgrades, and patching.
- Creating custom roles, groups, and ACLs.
Configuration & Customization
- Creating and managing catalog items, workflows, and service portals.
- Customizing forms, lists, and UI elements.
