About the role
As an IT quality assurance test coordinator, you help define and align the testing strategy for various key partners. You’re responsible for activities that support the implementation of and compliance with an integrated, end-to-end software quality approach. You support quality assurance professionals and other team members in carrying out quality-related activities. You identify opportunities to strengthen quality processes, collaborate with architects, developers and analysts to optimize testing efforts, and recommend solutions. You ensure that anomalies and their resolution are consistently managed throughout development by implementation teams. You draw on your in-depth knowledge of software development and the line of business, your rigour and your ability to manage complexity to define test activities and optimize them in high-risk areas. In addition to your technical knowledge and experience, you’re a team player who takes a leadership role in implementing, maintaining and updating quality and agile approaches. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Identify the tests required to ensure coverage based on the targeted test level and ensure alignment with other levels and teams
- Optimize test coverage by ensuring teams avoid unnecessary over-testing
- Implement quality controls related to integrations
- Define quality frameworks and contribute to the implementation and evolution of quality strategies for targeted teams
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to manage varying quality requirements (both functional and non-functional)
- Act as a specialist advisor to management by supporting the implementation and interpretation of solution quality indicators
- Serve as a quality leader within squads

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant IT quality assurance experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in an advisory role
- Leadership experience
- Experience in automation
- Knowledge of French is required
