At Flaman, we don’t just sell equipment; we keep farmers moving, trailers hauling, and our customers successful. We are looking for a motivated, hands-onTrailer Support**team member to join our team.
This isn't just a "behind-the-scenes" job. You are a vital link in our operations—ensuring every trailer that leaves our lot is safe, clean, and ready for the road, while providing the "top-notch" service our customers have come to expect.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
-Logistics:You’ll be responsible for thedelivery and receiving of trailers*, ensuring all inventory is moved safely and accounted for.* -***Yard Mastery:*Take pride in a well-organized yard. You will ensure inventory is easy to find, accessible, and looks professional. -Customer Connection:You’ll lead customerhook-ups and walk-arounds, teaching our clients how to safely connect and operate their new equipment. -***Ready for the Road:You’ll bookPDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections)***and service appointments to keep our fleet and customer units in peak condition. -***The Finishing Touch:***You’ll wash inventory and keep our trailers looking sharp and ready for the showroom.
What You Bring to the Team:
-Towing Experience:You are comfortable andskilled at pulling and maneuvering trailers**of various sizes in a yard setting and on the road. -***Hands-on Skill:***You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. You are mechanically inclined and comfortable working around heavy equipment. -***Customer-First Attitude:***You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy helping people understand their equipment. -***Physical Stamina:You enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and are comfortable with the physical nature of yard work. -*Reliability:A valid driver’s license and aclean driver's abstractare strictly required for this role.
