Frima is looking for an Executive Producer to help its business unit level up by playing a key role in the company's growth and performance.

Job Description

What your weeks are going to look like

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, and implement best practices to foster strong and long-term relationships with them;

  • Implement tools and processes to ensure effective communication between teams and partners regarding project status, risks and opportunities;

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with the company’s goals and capabilities;

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the business unit;

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients;

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations;

  • Set up success metrics and business models to assess the growth and impact of the business unit;

  • Plan project resource requirements within the business unit according to expertise needs and project milestones;

  • Validate the quality and consistency of the game throughout the production process with the producers and the partner, to ensure compliance with established standards;

  • Produce and track the performance indicators of the business unit;

  • Develop and manage the co-development unit’s P&L, ensuring that financial objectives are met;

  • Report financial performance and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;

  • Create and present investment proposals to management to support the company’s positioning.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • University degree in administration, project management, or another relevant field related to video game development;
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management in the video game industry or a similar field;
  • Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service studios and/or co-development;
  • Very good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Ability to travel outside the country if needed;
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken). English skills are required to perform the work as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
