Frima is looking for an Executive Producer to help its business unit level up by playing a key role in the company's growth and performance.

Job Description
What your weeks are going to look like
-
Act as the main point of contact for partners, and implement best practices to foster strong and long-term relationships with them;
-
Implement tools and processes to ensure effective communication between teams and partners regarding project status, risks and opportunities;
-
Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements align with the company’s goals and capabilities;
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the business unit;
-
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients;
-
Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations;
-
Set up success metrics and business models to assess the growth and impact of the business unit;
-
Plan project resource requirements within the business unit according to expertise needs and project milestones;
-
Validate the quality and consistency of the game throughout the production process with the producers and the partner, to ensure compliance with established standards;
-
Produce and track the performance indicators of the business unit;
-
Develop and manage the co-development unit’s P&L, ensuring that financial objectives are met;
-
Report financial performance and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
-
Create and present investment proposals to management to support the company’s positioning.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- University degree in administration, project management, or another relevant field related to video game development;
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management in the video game industry or a similar field;
- Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service studios and/or co-development;
- Very good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets;
- Ability to travel outside the country if needed;
- Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken). English skills are required to perform the work as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
