We are currently hiring for an Order Picker to join our Distribution team at 15600 Robins Hill Road, London (519 432 7311). This position is on an Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:20pm).

Position Overview

Working in our manufacturing environment, you will

Perform order picking, put away products and replenish inventory

Load trailers and prepare shipments for transport

Utilize SAP to create orders

Maintain warehouse sanitation standards

Assist in other warehouse areas as needed

Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures

Qualifications

OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing

Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively 

Ability to work in overtime and in a fast-paced environment

Possess strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Powered industrial truck experience would be considered an asset

Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift

SAP knowledge would be considered an asset

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base pay for this position is $21.23 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential for shift. Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Program.
