What the job involves

  • The Channel Partnerships team extends Clio’s reach and impact through a growing ecosystem of strategic partners who help us scale, deliver exceptional value to customers, and accelerate the adoption of legal technology worldwide
  • We identify, onboard, and enable a diverse network of partners, empowering them with the resources, training, and tools to thrive
  • You will join a collaborative, high performing team that values curiosity, accountability, and impact, committed to helping our partners and customers succeed every step of the way
  • You’ll lead Clio’s Channel Partner function across North America, driving partner performance and growth by:
  • Coaching and mentoring a high performing Partner team to achieve individual and collective success
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, and Operations around partner growth strategies
  • Executing both strategic and tactical channel programs that drive MRR, partner engagement, and pipeline acceleration
  • Managing team performance, growth, and quota achievement through data-driven insights and forecasting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders across Clio
  • Analyzing and reporting on channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations
  • Traveling as needed to support partner meetings and events
