What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop and support the integration of new tools into Bombardier’s HR and IT systems.
- Understand and respond to the onboarding needs of the support teams within the HR and IT departments for the Internship program.
- Propose new tools and processes to simplify daily tasks.
- Suggest automation ideas and prepare for the use of future tools (machine learning and artificial intelligence).
- Document the tools created and the processes as part of a knowledge management approach.
- Recommend solutions and process improvements for onboarding steps.
- Analyze data quality and maintain parameter integrity.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in operations management or project management (IT)
- You have knowledge of power BI, power automate, power APP, AI agent, and the Office suite, in particular Excel.
- You have a good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
- You are a good communicator.
- You are cheerful and in a good mood
- You are a team player
- You want to learn how to work in a big company
- You possess good judgment and an ability to work in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
Boarding Information:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
