Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Office Coordinator to support our Mississauga, Ontario facility in day-to-day operations on a full-time basis. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, office management, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back-end finances, maintaining showroom and displays, and inventory logistics.
- Estimated 60% warehouse and 40% back office.
- Helping maintain a professional environment in the office.
- Assisting with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
- Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed.
- Tracking, examining, and updating incoming inventory and shipments as needed.
- Organization and management of inventory, including physical counts weekly.
- Ability to lift to 25 – 50 lbs.
- Local errands (drop-offs if needed at the post office, supply runs, etc.)
- Abide by all company safety policies
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience working with inventory is a plus
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is a plus
- Knowledge of working in the vape industry and the excise stamp process is a plus
- High School diploma or GED; college credits a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Availability for On-Site Monday - Friday for the working hours (8:00AM EST - 5:00PM EST)
