The Sales Advisor position was built for the outgoing, the natural leaders, and the ones quick to establish relationships with others. If you are a big talker, who empathizes with ease, then this is the job for you.
The Role:
Our Hopewell Sales Advisor is the first point of contact for all future homeowners, and in some cases their first introduction to Hopewell and homebuying. That’s a lot of pressure, we know! That’s why we are looking for the perfect, peppy and positive person eager to take on this responsibility. Your job will be to greet clients as they enter the show homes, introduce them to our Sales teams and make their Hopewell experience one to remember. Rest assured, our expert Sales team will be there to support you and provide clients with more detailed information on our homes and communities.
The Time Commitment:
This is an ideal position for post-secondary students looking to balance classwork and a part-time job. The successful Sales Advisor will have a flexible schedule, with shifts in the late afternoon, evening and weekends, and be required to work on average 15 - 18 hours/week.
Our show home hours are Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will occasionally be required to rotate between our Mahogany and Arbour Lake West communities, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner;
- Answer any basic questions clients may have;
- Redirecting questions to Area Sales Manager;
- Cleaning and tidying the Sales Centres;
- Keeping the Showhome in excellent condition at all times;
- Answering phone calls and taking accurate notes of any inquiries;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma;
- Licensed Driver preferred as you will be working in several different neighbourhoods;
- Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment;
