What the job involves
- Join our EMEA Cyber Analyst team and help protect businesses from evolving cyber threats
- You’ll be investigating incidents, communicating with French-speaking customers, and showcasing how Darktrace technology strengthens their security posture
- This position offers French-speaking candidates the chance to immerse themselves in cybersecurity across SOC, Consultancy, and Threat functions
- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and adaptable comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Monitoring and analyzing network traffic using the Darktrace platform to detect anomalies
- Investigating alerts and producing clear, technical reports for customers
- Responding to basic customer queries via email or chat
- Researching emerging threats and sharing insights internally and externally
- Supporting customers in adopting best practices and using Darktrace effectively
- Staying up to date with cybersecurity trends and contributing to product improvements
