As a Bilingual Senior Account Manager, you will focus on expanding relationships within the existing client base- driving renewals, increasing adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients Lead contract renewals and drive retention Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and deliver a high-quality experience
What to Expect Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days/week) from our downtown Montreal office Client Focus: Primarily Quebec-based accounts, with occasional travel across Canada Team Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and internationally minded
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000+ OTE: $130,000- $150,000+ (uncapped commission structure) Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement matching, and profit-sharing bonuses Additional perks such as lunch stipends, wellness programs, and family-focused allowances
What You Bring 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset Willingness to travel to client sites across Quebec and Canada Experience in or excitement for working in an international SaaS environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
