Position Responsibilities: Enterprise Delivery Leadership
- Champion end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology initiatives.
- Translate high-level objectives into structured execution plans and measurable achievements.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, systemic risks, and delivery trade-offs.
- Drive coordinated execution across internal teams and external partners.
Stakeholder & Executive Alignment
- Align senior business and technology customers around delivery outcomes.
- Lead governance forums and provide concise, impact-focused reporting.
- Translate technical delivery status into clear business narratives.
- Bring up and drive resolution of material delivery risks.
Performance & Financial Management
- Establish clear delivery success criteria, achievements, and financial baselines at program initiation.
- Own operating budget tracking, forecast accuracy, and variance management across cost centers.
- Monitor schedule, scope, and financial performance and proactively address emerging risks.
- Provide concise, transparent performance and financial reporting to governance forums.
- Use delivery and financial insights to inform trade-off decisions.
Agile, Tooling & Delivery Practice Leadership
- Demonstrate a strong working understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and hybrid models.
- Proficient in Jira; able to interpret sprint metrics, backlog health, velocity trends, and delivery signals.
- Identify and drive improvements to delivery tooling, reporting automation, and project management practices to strengthen execution maturity across the organization.
- Bring forward structured recommendations to improve governance rigor and execution transparency.
Ownership & Accountability
- Take full accountability for delivery commitments and outcomes.
- Manage enterprise resources responsibly, balancing cost, risk, and timeline.
- Operate effectively with minimal oversight in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrate professional pride in disciplined, high-quality project management.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years progressive experience in complex technology project delivery.
- Proven success leading cross-functional, enterprise-impact initiatives.
- Proven experience managing operating budgets and forecast accuracy.
- Strong executive communication and customer management capability.
- Experience operating within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency with Jira and enterprise reporting tools required.
- Experience improving delivery processes, tooling, or governance practices preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading data center migrations, infrastructure modernization, or large scale technology transformation initiatives preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.

Working Arrangement
Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between
$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
