What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online channels
- Generate and qualify leads, then schedule appointments for the Sales Team
- Follow up with warm leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support targeted outreach campaigns
- Provide clear and engaging information about our products and promotions
- Coordinate follow-up meetings, demos, and handoffs to the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in the CRM system
- Stay informed on RV products, features, and industry trends
What You Bring
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer service (RV, automotive, or retail preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management processes
