Solar Sales Specialist — Base Salary + Commission TL;DR: We’re looking for a sharp, experienced salesperson who learns fast, solves problems on their own, and wants a long-term role with real career upside. In-office, Mon–Fri, some travel. Solar experience is a big asset. If you’re the kind of person who thrives when the pressure is real and the opportunities are bigger—keep reading. What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified homeowners (in office + Virtually + occasional home visits)
- Present solar solutions clearly and confidently
- Help clients understand financing and long-term value
- Follow a proven sales process while adapting on the fly
- Work with a tight-knit, fun, fast-moving team
- Follow up like you mean it
What You Need
- Solid sales experience
- Strong understanding of financing
- Smart, quick thinker who can learn independently
- A reliable vehicle for occasional site visits
- Solar experience is a strong asset
- Culture fit: fun, honest, hardworking, wants long-term stability
Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary + commission
- Full-time, Mon–Fri 9–5, with some weekends
- Long-term role with room to grow
