Business Analyst - Cash Management
About the role
Location: Toronto
Contract Duration: 12 months | Opportunity for extension based on performance and business need.
Daily Responsibilities :
Project Name: North South – Move Money
Business Analyst: Supporting the strategy is to become the leading North American bank supporting growing and established internationally minded businesses with operations in Canada. As part of the move money component of the project we will look to provide:
- North-South account transfers between client-owned DDAs (Me-to-Me and MLE)
- Single currency (USD) / (CAD)
- Straight through processing with 24/7 availability
- Automated exception handling with suspend / resume capabilities
- Single send payment initiation via UI or API channels
- Common processing SLA, status updates and reports across channels
- Sanctions, fraud, account validation and transactional risk capabilities
- Central reports to enable regions to perform reconciliation, settlement and meet regulatory requirements

- Strong Business Analyst skills, including planning, gathering requirements, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the business requirements.
Soft kills :
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
