Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing financial modeling and analysis to support high-value decisions across multiple business units.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, delivering meaningful insights and commentary to senior executives and the Board.
- Develop forward-looking financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing to assess risks, opportunities, and growth potential.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate large-scale development projects and capital initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting variances and performance drivers.
- Champion improvements to planning systems, dashboards, and processes with a focus on automation, data integrity, and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Skills & Experience
- CPA designation, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial training.
- Must have experience in an FP&A leadership position.
- Strong track record of building financial models and delivering actionable business insights.
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity real estate organizations is key for this role.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executives and influence decision-making.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel modeling.
