POSITION SUMMARY
Accountable for the supervision, coordination and performance of the Engineering Information Architecture team. Leads and supports the development and continuous improvement of Information Business Systems internal to Engineering.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsible for Engineering Information Architecture team assignments, monitors progress, provides guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of internal software programs within Engineering Business Systems including complete documentation of the program development and process.

Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, remove redundancies and increase work standardization within the team to achieve departmental objectives.

Oversees the development and maintenance of Engineering SharePoint sites.

Oversees and participates in the development and maintenance of Engineering PowerBi reports using data from Oracle, Teamcenter, Snowflake and other Engineering applications.

Mentors and supports team member development and growth

As a hands-on leader works closely with team members in the development and implementation of new processes and Engineering applications.

Supports system upgrades, and modifications, to ensure continuity of data integrity, optimal use of system functionality, and training of affected personnel.

Investigate areas of opportunity to leverage AI for standard work.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- 5 years’ experience in data analysis/report development and programming
- Extensive comprehension of Oracle, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, SQL, Power Query. Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in PowerBi and SharePoint design/development. Experience with integrating AI into daily business applications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office accounts (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
