As the leader of the core team, you will be accountable for all project-related activities, from concept to closure, to ensure that the team follows the best practices of product development/program management, meets design control requirements, and delivers products within budget.

Responsibilities Take ownership and drive projects from inception to commercialization Ensure cross-functional team alignment to deliver new and customer-specific products with urgency Lead cross-functional teams to formulate detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk analysis, etc.) Facilitate well-planned project meetings with an agenda focused on actions, decisions and deliverables Capture, prioritize, track and drive closure on all project-related action items and issues Present options, suggestions and trade-offs to resolve obstacles and acquire project success Facilitate conversations to translate “voice of the customer” into customer requirements and product requirements Establish, maintain and report on project scope, schedule, risks and finances to various levels within the organization Prepare teams for phase gate reviews, submit deliverables to the senior management/product approval committee Embrace corporate practical process improvement culture to minimize the need for retracing steps and rework Lead the implementation of new processes or tools to improve efficiency Drive external collaboration projects
