Job Description
- Provide prompt, efficient, and safe pick up and delivery of freight around the Sudbury area, including all Vale Mine sites
- Completing proper pre-trip and post-trip while following all safety protocols.
- Scanning of all freight as per procedures.
- Developing a good working relationship with dispatch, fellow drivers, vendors, and of course Vale personnel.
Qualifications
- AZ license required
- Forklift and dangerous goods knowledge is an asset (will train)
- Attention to detail in both checking equipment and in paperwork is a must.
- Must meet the physical demands of the job and make safety a priority.
