The Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) is a uniquely positioned Indigenous organization dedicated to enhancing the economic, social, and cultural well-being of Inuvialuit beneficiaries through the implementation of the historic Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA). Established in 1984, IRC operates from its headquarters in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, and represents the collective interests of six Inuvialuit communities. With over 180 employees and a broad mandate spanning land stewardship, investment, economic development, health, education, and cultural preservation, IRC has become a key institution in the western Arctic. As the lead architect of IRC’s back-office HR functions, the Manager enables a seamless and client-focused service experience that aligns with IRC’s strategic priorities and cultural values. With oversight of a team and responsibility for service delivery integration, the Manager will also act as a key escalation point, championing quality assurance and compliance while driving continuous process improvement across the HR function.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a proven record of leading operational and administrative HR services within complex, evolving environments. They bring strong expertise in HR technology, process design, and data-driven decision-making, complemented by exceptional communication and leadership skills.
