Two Roles: Electrical Engineer ( Senior & Intermediate)
As an Electrical Engineer at LRL, you’ll support senior engineers while taking on exciting design and project responsibilities. This role blends technical excellence, teamwork, and real impact.
Design & Technical Execution
- Deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs
- Support drafting with technical markups and input
- Prepare reports, specifications, and calculations
- Visit sites to gather data and verify designs
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Join project meetings and keep teams aligned
- Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost estimates
Documentation & Quality
- Review design documents for accuracy
- Support QA/QC on deliverables
- Take design liability and stamp as EOR when required
Construction Administration

Conduct field reviews and answer contractor questions

Provide technical guidance during construction
What You Bring
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
-
P.Eng designation (required)
-
Bilingualism (French & English required)
-
5+ years of industry experience for the Intermediate Role

10+ years of industry experience for the Senior Role
-
Strong knowledge of Ontario electrical/building codes
-
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD (ETAP/EasyPower is a plus)
-
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What’s In It For You

$80,000 – $125,000 salary (based on experience & role)

Condensed 37.5-hour work week
