About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in TypeScript and React to develop cutting-edge digital experiences for our clients. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces that cater to millions of users. This position offers flexibility, including hybrid work arrangements (1-3 days per week) or fully remote options for candidates residing outside the Greater Montreal area. The ideal candidate will thrive in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging web applications.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of front-end development experience, with a proven track record working extensively with React and TypeScript. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel is essential. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil is required, along with a solid understanding of component-driven development and design systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is expected, as well as experience working on large-scale or high-traffic websites. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset, enhancing communication within diverse teams and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality front-end solutions utilizing React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript standards.
• Contribute to the architecture and ongoing evolution of the company's front-end ecosystem, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers to create cohesive and user-centric digital experiences.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code adhering to best practices, including unit testing, component reuse, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices within the team.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to facilitate dynamic data interactions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Work within a modern DevOps environment utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
