We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Opportunity: The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight and order fulfillment, including but not limited to: Organizing and scheduling pick and preparation items from the warehouse before arranged deliveries. Coordinating parcel shipping as well as freight/customer pickup schedule; lastly ensure the accuracy of all inbound/outbound orders. You will communicate with internal and external customers both in person, over the phone and through email, Arrange and schedule freight/customer pickup, Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs, Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders, Update inventory system and other documentation for successful deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Able to lift 45 pounds unassisted.

Must have working knowledge of Shipping/ Receiving.
