We are currently seeking CNC Operators (incl Day; Afternoon and Weekend shifts) to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Perform cutting operations according to CNC programs and customer specifications
- Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop floor
- Operate CNC machines and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all company policies and participate in health & safety initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the aluminum industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
- Solid working knowledge of mathematical functions
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
