We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide our engineering efforts, champion best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. In this role, your leadership skills, architectural mindset, and ability to foster a positive team culture will take center stage. While hands-on technical knowledge is essential, we prioritize strong leadership, clear communication, and a strategic vision for enterprise systems above all else.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Architect & Oversee: Guide the architectural strategy for our backend and enterprise integrations. Bridge Communication: Translate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work closely with product and business leaders. Drive Excellence: champion code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves (Primary Focus) Proven Technical Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading software engineering teams, driving technical decisions, and delivering complex projects. Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to align team members, articulate vision, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Culture Fit: A collaborative, empathetic leader who values teamwork, continuous learning, and positive team dynamics.
Technical Background (Secondary Focus)
Experience with Java ecosystem architecture and backend development. Familiarity with event-driven architecture, particularly Apache Kafka.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Workday. Broad exposure to ERP or CRM platforms and enterprise software integrations. Why Join Us?
