Job Summary This diverse position is responsible for a team of Account Executives (AEs) in the Canada Region. Each day at Tatcha is different with new challenges to conquer and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
- Developing and executing business plans, consistently surpassing KPIs and financial objectives
- Utilizing weekly business analysis to determine opportunities for growth
- Emulating and reinforcing brand image/culture - bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
- Hiring, training, developing your team of AEs
- Assisting in scheduling and overseeing a freelancer team
- Coordinating with your AEs to execute retail events to maximize profitability
- Conducting store and district visits within your region regularly
- Driving growth in your region by leveraging consumer/sales insights, continuously analyzing sales data for growth opportunities and partnering closely with the Sr. Director of Field Sales
- Adhering to company guidelines while maintaining and managing all relevant budgets and expenses
Key Responsibilities Sales
- Drive sales to meet metrics as outlined by the Sr. Director of Field Sales
- Develop territory strategy with the maximize sell-through
- Coordinate and execute events to achieve or exceed sales goals
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales
- Ability to impact and work with remote stores to drive sales volume
- Create and execute plans to grow brand ranking in an assigned territory
- Analysis of sales results, sales forecasts and promotional impact
- Familiarity in working with Google platforms, slides, docs, sheets etc. Familiar with MS Word and Excel
Regional Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with your AE team, fostering trust and ensuring consistent support
- Develop relationships within retailers with Store Management, District Managers and other Leadership to ensure consistent brand awareness and messaging
- Effective presenter to engage audience and team members
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and make modifications as necessary within the assigned market
- Partner closely with the Education Team to ensure all Tatcha EDU materials are executed as needed
- Provide consistent and constructive feedback to your AEs in a 360° format
- Capable of managing multiple priorities
Communication, Relationships, and Time Management
- Self-motivated to lead and represent Tatcha with your team, peers and retail partners
- Exhibit effective communication skills with customers, peers and management
- Provide the Sr. Director of Field Sales with consistent updates of market needs and successes
- Prepare and actively participate in weekly conference calls, touch bases, and meetings
- Responsible for appropriate spending and accurate submission of T&E expenses
- Ensure your team executes and follows up regarding merchandising according to guidelines and retail planograms
- Manages freelancer(s) and budget ethically to support the business
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Who You Are
- You have established beauty retailer relationships with management at the store level and District/Regional Managers within the Sephora Canada Market specifically. Experience with multiple retailers is a plus
- You strive to consistently support your team in order to meet and exceed retail sales goals
- Bring a robust business acumen, strategic planning skills, and can easily distill complex information into actionable insights that will be instrumental in driving our business growth
- Understand that fostering a healthy and energizing environment for your team is key to success in each assigned territory
- Possess an in-depth understanding and solid knowledge of the Northeast region, enabling informed decisions on prioritization and alignment with business needs, grounded in extensive retail field experience
- Are excited to collaborate and build relationships with cross functional internal teams, store management/staff, and Field teams
- You are committed to supporting your direct reports and are invested in their success and growth while embodying Tatcha culture and values
Qualifications

8+ years beauty industry sales experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a field sales manager role

Experience working with large beauty retailers (e.g., Sephora). Multiple retailer management is a plus

Strong administration, organization, and technical skills required

Valid driver’s license is required

Flexible with work schedule (5 days per week) work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Ability to travel required - attendance to conferences, meetings, store visits, and San Francisco HQ

The Details The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 CAD. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
