We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is the first role of its kind at ACT360, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape the sales function from the ground up in close collaboration with company leadership.

You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed contracts, helping businesses see the value of partnering with ACT360. This is a hunter role that requires strong independence, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to close B2B service deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, events, partner channels).
  • Own the sales process: discovery, proposals, presentations, and closing.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual discovery meetings with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to feed field insights and optimize outreach.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and data accuracy in our CRM.
  • Meet defined KPIs including booked meetings, revenue closed, and proposal turnaround.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, technology, or consulting.
  • Track record of independently generating and closing net new business.
  • A self starter & strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating longer sales cycles (60-90 days).
  • Familiar with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Based in or near Barrie, ON preferred (remote considered for the right candidate).

Schedule & Location:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
  • Hybrid with remote flexibility; some in-person meetings may be required.
