About the role
Purpose:
The Sales Support Assistant provides customer service and sales support for the Pride Shop in the department of Athletics and Recreation under the direction of the Manager, Business Development.
Education:
Completion of a High School diploma.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year experience in sales or administrative support in a sports or entertainment setting.
Skills:

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to exercise judgment and decision making.

Understanding of inclusive and community-centered retail practices.

Knowledge of Shopify and Fusion or similar retail/membership management systems.

Knowledge of merchandising principles and inventory management.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams).
Additional Notes:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
