Marketing Assistant
About the role
**MetCap Living Management Inc.**is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.
We're in search of aMarketing Assistantfor this newly created, vacant position.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing, Website & Content Management
- Update and maintain property photos across company websites and marketing platforms
- Conduct regular audits of each property to ensure all websites and ILS platforms are aligned.
- Ensure media, amenities, and descriptions align with current websites
- Assist with social media content creation, photography, captions, and storytelling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews and online inquiries for each property in a professional and timely manner
- Develop strategies to increase positive reviews and improve overall Google ratings by visiting the properties and engaging with residents and resident managers
Marketing & Event Support
- Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting resident events
- Attend and support on-site events as required
- Capture content during events for social media and marketing use
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with website management and online listing platforms
- Understanding of Google Business profiles and online reputation management
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
